KOLE OLUWAJANA

Chairman

A Law graduate of the University of Ife (Obafemi Awolowo University) and the Nigerian Law School, Mr. Oluwajana is a seasoned businessman. His working experience as a lawyer started in 1977 with the Nigeria Industrial Development Bank (N.I.D.B.) from where he joined NAL Merchant Bank Limited in 1980. He worked with NAL for 12 years during which period he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager, Company Secretary and a Director of NAL Trustees Limited. While in NAL, Mr. Oluwajana attended various courses in Law, Finance and Management locally and overseas which experience is brought to bear on his current position as Chairman of TRACIT VENTURES LIMITED. Mr. Oluwajana is currently the Principal Partner Kole Oluwajana & Co a Law firm and a successful businessman. Aside from being the Chairman of TRACIT VENTRES LIMITED, Mr. Oluwajana currently serves on the board of several Companies.

FELIX DELE ADEMOLA

Director

Mr. Ademola is a law graduate of the University of Lagos with an LL.M from the same University. He is a seasoned administrator with several years of management experience most of which was acquired while at NAL Merchant Bank Plc. Mr. Ademola’s banking experience traversed all departments/branches of NAL Merchant Bank from where he voluntarily resigned as a Senior Manager to practice Law. He is currently the Principal Partner of Dele Ademola & Co and a Director of Tracit Ventures Limited. Mr. Ademola is also on the Board of several notable companies.

FEYI DINYO

Managin Director

Prior to his pursuit of a professional career in Finance and Banking, Mr. Dinyo worked as a Chemist in charge of quality control at Tate Industries Limited. Mr. Dinyo began his banking career in the Credit Department of NAL Merchant Bank Plc where he rose to the Risk Assets Management/Loan work-out Department in charge of the bank’s bad and doubtful loans/leases with specific responsibilities of retrieving leased assets, pledged collaterals in cases of loans and recovery of debts owed the bank by defaulters.

To enhance his efficiency and improve his management skills, Mr. Dinyo attended various senior management programmes both locally and abroad, the most notable of which were:-

  • Corporate Account Management course organised by ANZ Grindlays International Training Centre, Madras, India.
  • Evaluation of leased Capital Equipment course organised by KPMG Peat Marwick M’clintock, London.
  • Evaluation of leased Capital Equipment course organised by KPMG Peat Marwick M’clintock, London.

He was, along with other professionals in the bank’s Capital Market Department involved in the successful handling of the following notable debt managements:-

  • Cadbury Nigeria Plc Combined Rights Issue & Debt Conversion 1989.
  • SCOA S. A., ParisDebt Conversion 1990.

Mr. Dinyo left NAL Merchant Bank Plc in 1992 for “THE CAPITAL CONSORTIUM LIMITED”, a firm specialising in Equipment Leasing and Capital Placements as a senior manager, heading Credits/Risk Assets Management Group with responsibilities of managing the company’s Loans/Leases which position he held until May, 1993 to assume his current position as Managing Director of TRACIT VENTURES LIMITED.

Having practiced the Security Service profession for several years, Tracit Ventures diversified into Cash In Transit (C.I.T) business in respect of which Mr. Dinyo has also attended various courses and workshops locally and abroad, some of which include the African Cash In Transit Security Forum at the Hilton Hotel, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2006.

Mr. Dinyo is a Fellow of the Society of Security Practitioners of Nigeria (SSPN) and also a Fellow of the Association of Cash Managers of Nigeria (ACMAN).
